Biological Databases

1. Mycopedia: It’s a bacterial disease database containing all the bacterial disease and various information related to them. It’s a freely accessible and publically available database.

2. Schweine-Grippe: This Database provides information about Swine Influenza. It is an open source database. It includes information about swine flu disease and its symptoms, treatment and prevention.

3. Head & Neck Cancer: This database comprises of data related to head and neck cancer viz. symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and FAQ’s.

4. Dulcorate database: This database holds information related to diabetic disease.

5. Ayurvedic Plants: This database consists of information related to various ayurvedic plants like Neem, Tulsi and others that are easily available medicinal plants.

6. Development of Database on Viral Diseases: Information related to various viral diseases are easily available in this database.

7. Fungal database: Contains information related to all the fungal disease, their symptoms, cure and preventions.
 

Biological Softwares

1. Bio-en-GENE-ier: It simplifies the complex problems associated with microarray (pre and post clustering), phylogenetics and sequence analysis (sequence editing and alignment).

2. Darsan: It is mainly based on sequence searching and its analysis.

3. GenP: It majorly focuses on genetic analysis and assists in retrieving various important information from different file formats.
